This group has been working for more than 2 years to build a 25 unit mixed
housing development near Courtenay in the cohousing valley. It is
currently considering a 4 acre parcel of land adjacent to a 30 acre park.
The 3 equity and 12 associate members meet every second Sunday afternoon.
